Anaplan will be making infrastructure enhancements to the platform on: Saturday, August 11, 2018, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. PDT Saturday, August 18, 2018, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. PDT Both maintenance windows will be used to perform necessary patching of storage arrays and related software. These updates will address network issues contributing to the July 25, 2018 outage and enhance overall platform security. We will conduct the maintenance over two separate windows, following guidelines provided by our storage vendor supplying the updates.
The platform will be offline during both of these maintenance windows. Once the maintenance is complete, you can resume your work in Anaplan.
