During the scheduled maintenance to upgrade our network switches on July 14th, the Infrastructure that hosts our Service Delivery Platform lost connectivity to the Network. This prevented customers from accessing the Platform. Our Engineers identified the issue and worked with the vendors to restore service

As a preventative step, we will be implementing the recommended steps provided by our vendor.
