An issue introduced in the December 7th release prevents customers from accessing the Excel v2.6, Excel v3.0 and PowerPoint v1.4 add-ins via single sign-on (SSO) log in.
To ensure all customers can successfully use Anaplan at this critical time of year, Anaplan will be making an update to the platform on Wednesday December 18th between 6pm PST to 9pm PST. While the maintenance is scheduled for three (3) hours, customer impact will be limited to five (5) minutes sometime within the three-hour window.
We will NOT be taking the platform down while we perform this maintenance. As such, we expect that most users will not be impacted and can continue to use Anaplan without interruption.
What if I am actively using Anaplan during this maintenance?
Keep using Anaplan. This maintenance only affects the log in process. If your active session times-out during this maintenance, an attempt to log back in may be unsuccessful if it coincides with the 5-minute period of disruption within this three-hour maintenance window. If you experience any issues logging into Anaplan after five (5) minutes, please contact support immediately at Support@anaplan.com
