An issue was introduced in the November 23rd release where certain imports were failing.
While this does not impact all customers or imports, the failures have the following characteristic: List Imports and Running as a part of a process.

To ensure all customers can successfully use Anaplan at this critical time of year, Anaplan will be making updates to the platform on Wednesday December 11 from 1am to 9am PST. We will NOT be taking the platform down during this maintenance window, and we expect most customers will not be impacted throughout the timeframe and can continue to use Anaplan without interruption or issues.

While the upgrade will occur over eight total hours, the impact to each customer should be non-existent or limited to less than ten (10 minutes) while individual workspaces are restarted with the upgrades.

What if I'm using Anaplan when my workspace is being restarted?

If you are actively working in Anaplan when your workspace is restarted, you will be logged out of your workspace for the time it takes to make the upgrade (approximately 3-10 minutes). Once the upgrade it done, you will be able to use the workspace again. If you experience any issues logging into Anaplan after 10 minutes please contact support immediately at Support@anaplan.com
