On August 01, 2024, at 10:59 UTC, our internal alerting revealed an issue in Anaplan Amazon Cloud — Europe and Anaplan Amazon Cloud Public — Europe. The issue resulted in customers not being able access the Anaplan platform.
Our investigation found the issue was linked to a change to a back-end component, which had been implemented at 10:51 UTC. We immediately rolled back the change, and service was restored at 11:05 UTC.
Further investigation identified that a configuration divergence had occurred as part of the change, resulting in the issue. To prevent this from reoccurring, we will be amending this deviation and incorporating additional steps to the testing procedure.
