Anaplan has identified an issue that impacts some of our customers’ ability to login to the platform via their single sign on (SSO). To resolve the issue, we will be performing maintenance to the Anaplan platform on Wednesday February 12, from 8h15 pm to 10h15 pm (PST). We will not be taking the platform offline to perform this maintenance.
Some customers working in Anaplan during this maintenance event may see up to a five (5) minute disruption. They will be logged out of Anaplan and will need to log back in after the five (5) minute period.
If you still cannot log into Anaplan after five (5) minutes, please contact support immediately.
