Anaplan will be making enhancements to the platform on July 9, 2020, from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. PDT.

Anaplan will be upgrading its certificate management service. The duration of the upgrade is approximately three hours. During the upgrade, users running Anaplan Connect or other clients using certificate-based authentication will experience a slight pause in procuring an authentication token. In this event, please repeat the authentication attempt after the update is complete.
