Anaplan will be making no-downtime enhancements to the platform on Thursday, June 18, 2020 from 19:00 to 22:00 PDT.
While we do not expect this maintenance to impact most customers, some users may experience a 10-minute disruption to their password reset or account activation features. All user access will remain functional throughout this maintenance window, however, access to make these changes may be impacted for up to 10 minutes during the three-hour window.
If you continue to have issues accessing user administration beyond ten minutes, please contact support@anaplan.com immediately.
