On May 16th at 07:34 UTC, Anaplan experienced intermittent connection issues in our Virginia data center. This connection issue was caused by high CPU utilization on firewall services and was resolved by refreshing firewall resources. While this intermittent interruption had minimal customer impact, we understand that this type of issue can negatively affect your experience.
