On February 26, 2025, at approximately 10:08 UTC, we detected an issue when accessing workspaces. This issue may have affected some customers' ability to open models and resulted in degraded functionality when navigating and using Anaplan.

This issue affected these regions:

  • us1: Anaplan Data Center - US East
  • us2: Anaplan Data Center - US West
  • eu1: Anaplan Data Center – Netherlands
  • eu2: Anaplan Data Center – Germany
  • us5: Anaplan Google Cloud Public - US East
  • ap1: Anaplan Google Cloud Public – Japan
  • us7: Anaplan Amazon Cloud Public – US
  • eu4: Anaplan Amazon Cloud Public – Europe

Our investigation detected a network connectivity issue in one of our critical infrastructure components. At 10:47 UTC, we isolated the faulty component. This allowed the dependent subcomponents to recover gradually. We restored full service at 11:09 UTC.

To prevent similar occurrences, we're engaged in a detailed review of the infrastructure to ensure that we can identify and resolve issues before they impact the wider platform. We're also reviewing the architecture of dependent services to improve tolerance to issues when they arise to improve overall platform stability.

We are currently investigating an issue resulting in some customers not being able to load models.
