Our investigation detected a network connectivity issue in one of our critical infrastructure components. At 10:47 UTC, we isolated the faulty component. This allowed the dependent subcomponents to recover gradually. We restored full service at 11:09 UTC.
To prevent similar occurrences, we're engaged in a detailed review of the infrastructure to ensure that we can identify and resolve issues before they impact the wider platform. We're also reviewing the architecture of dependent services to improve tolerance to issues when they arise to improve overall platform stability.
