Note, the following details are in regards to downtime that occurred for some customers on March 15, 2018. This issue has since been resolved:
On Thursday 15th March at 12:40 pm UTC one of our servers in our EU data center encountered an unplanned power interruption which led to workspaces within that data center becoming intermittently unavailable for a short period of time. Our engineers were alerted right away, and service was restored at 13:03 pm UTC.
We are actively investigating the cause of the power interruption and are awaiting root cause analysis from our vendor. Once received we will take all necessary steps to avoid any future occurrences. We have also implemented additional disaster recovery rules internally to further improve our failover process.
We understand the impact this issue has had and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
