Anaplan will be making enhancements to the platform on Friday, July 31 from 1:00 am to 9:00 am PDT. While the upgrade will occur over a total of eight hours, individual customer impact should be non-existent or limited to less than 10 minutes, as and when individual workspaces are restarted after the updates. No processes or data will be impacted by this release.
Import remediation: We have detected that module imports containing dates in U.S. format (MM/DD/YYYY) may not import the date values, meaning users may not see updates to date-formatted cells. This would only occur for U.S. date imports that have no date format mapping or no locale set for the import file, and only for imports since the Saturday, July 25 release.
We advise customers who run automated data loads to check the failure dump output files for the appearance of failed rows due to "Invalid date" errors. We also advise users verify imports with failed date rows (empty/previous date values) are re-run.
This issue should be resolved with the July 31 release, so that we will continue to provide our customers with a robust and resilient Anaplan experience.
