On October 30, 2023, at 20:03 UTC, we identified an issue that was causing new authentication requests to fail when using the Anaplan platform across all regions. Customers already logged in to the Anaplan platform were not impacted.
Initial investigation identified that our third-party vendor, Cloudflare, was experiencing an outage that was impacting their customers across multiple regions. Cloudflare confirmed that the issue was resolved at 20:35 UTC. Once we completed internal testing to confirm that new authentication requests were working, we confirmed that service was restored by 20:50 UTC.
