DocuSign will be making updates to their API which requires Anaplan to update its DocuSign Anaplan integration to ensure its continued function.

To ensure that customers will continue to be able to use the DocuSign Anaplan integration, Anaplan will be making an update to the platform on Tuesday January 14th between 6pm and 8pm PST. During this period, the DocuSign integration will be offline. No other parts of Anaplan will be affected. 

What if I am actively using the DocuSign Anaplan integration during this maintenance?
You will be unable to send new documents using DocuSign Anaplan integration during the maintenance period. Please plan to trigger new documents once maintenance is complete & the integration is back up. 

What if I have outstanding documents during this maintenance?
During the maintenance period, you may check the status of any pending documents by logging into your DocuSign.com account. Any DocuSign activities that are started during the event (either manual or automated) will need to be rerun once the maintenance is completed.
