Anaplan will perform scheduled maintenance to make substantial improvements to our data center infrastructure on Saturday, February 9, 2019, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. PST. These improvements include upgrades to the system software that hosts Anaplan services, as well as continued security enhancements. These upgrades will make Anaplan safer for our customers. Due to the scale of the upgrade, a larger, 8-hour maintenance window is required. The Anaplan platform will be offline during this maintenance window.
As this is a larger maintenance downtime window, we are providing a longer period of notice for our customers to plan and prepare. We will post a notification on status.anaplan.com as soon as the upgrade is complete. We appreciate your understanding as we improve our platform.
