On February 19, 2026, at 07:50 UTC, customers in our US5: Cloud - US East region may have experienced intermittent service disruptions. These included difficulties opening models and delays with CloudWorks™ integration performance.
Root Cause
A background maintenance operation unexpectedly generated high activity levels on our storage infrastructure. This caused delays and failures when loading models and processing CloudWorks integrations.
A compounding factor occurred when certain model save operations were interrupted. This created incomplete save files that prevented some models from opening and required manual recovery for a subset of affected workspaces.
Recovery
Our technical teams detected the issue via automated monitoring and took immediate action:
Reallocated impacted workspaces to an alternative storage system, immediately restoring model access for most users.
Paused the maintenance operation that was stretching the storage infrastructure.
Identified and repaired incomplete save files.
Restarted and scaled CloudWorks services to process the backlog of pending jobs.
By 15:38 UTC, platform stability was restored.
Corrective and preventative actions
We are implementing the following actions to prevent recurrence:
Strengthened our observability for storage performance issues related to resource conflicts.
Updated how we handle interrupted saves to eliminate the need for manual intervention.
Conducted comprehensive load testing on our storage infrastructure to identify and address potential constraints.
Implemented stricter governance and scheduling policies for internal operations to prevent production impact.
We apologize for any impact this issue may have had on your business operations. We are continuously strengthening our systems and procedures to ensure we avoid future disruptions to your business and users.
