Anaplan will be making infrastructure enhancements to the platform on Saturday, February 8th, 2020, from 1 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. PDT. Please note that this maintenance is 90 minutes longer than our usual windows due to the scope of these enhancements. While we are scheduling the maintenance for an additional 90 minutes, we will work diligently to restore the platform as quickly as possible.
These enhancements include the support for DigiCert Assured ID Root CA – G2 as a new root certificate. Customers will be able to use their DigiCert client certificates against this new root certificate for authentication with Anaplan APIs. Please find a full list of supported CA certificates here.
The platform will be offline during this maintenance window. Once the maintenance is complete, you may resume your work in Anaplan.
