Our investigation identified that an upstream component wasn't performing correctly. Analysis of the component found that resource utilization was unusually high. As a result, the component was unable to function as designed. The component was restarted and resource utilization returned to normal operating levels. Full service was restored at 18:06 UTC.
To prevent similar occurrences in the future, we are reviewing the component architecture to improve efficiency and reduce complexity. We are also improving the current resource monitoring to find possible issues sooner, before they affect customers.
We understand these disruptions can have an impact on your business operations, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. Our technical teams remain committed to maintaining a reliable service. They'll continue to monitor the platform closely to ensure sustained performance.
