On June 9th at 6:49pm UTC, Anaplan engineers were alerted to an issue where users were unable to use the Administration feature. While we continue to work diligently on an extensive investigation in partnership with our external vendors, we are unable to conclude a root cause as of today.
The investigation is ongoing, and to help mitigate the impact of this type of issue in the future, additional alerting has been put in place that will help us identify the issue more quickly to reduce the impact.
We understand the impact that this type of interruption can have on your experience, and we are working hard to improve our systems and processes to help prevent this from occurring again. We appreciate your understanding, and we thank you for being a valued Anaplan customer.
