On April 13, 2023, at approximately 09:07 UTC, we identified an issue with
an internal communication service. This resulted in some customers
experiencing login issues and degraded performance when accessing the
Anaplan Platform.
Initial findings suggested that the internal communication service had lost
connection with another component. The service self-recovered and
was restored at 09:20 UTC.
Further investigations identified that the issue originated from a recent
change to the impacted service. As a result, the change was rolled back. To
avoid a reoccurrence of this issue, we are closely examining the change to
identify the underlying cause and implementing additional steps to the
testing process.

procedures to avoid similar issues from happening again.
