On Sept 12, Anaplan experienced a network interruption that impacted a small subset of Anaplan users. Investigations have shown that the interruption was caused by a hardware failure within the network of our Santa Clara Datacenter provider. Our provider resolved the issue and implemented mitigation plans to reduce any future disruption by a similar issue.
