On Sept 12, Anaplan experienced a network interruption that impacted a small subset of Anaplan users. Investigations have shown that the interruption was caused by a hardware failure within the network of our Santa Clara Datacenter provider. Our provider resolved the issue and implemented mitigation plans to reduce any future disruption by a similar issue.

We understand the impact to your experience when these types of issues occur, and we are continuing to work both internally and with our providers to improve our systems and processes to avoid further issues. We appreciate your patience, and as always thank you for being a valued Anaplan customer.

We are continuing to investigate issues regarding Anaplan accessibility. We are working directly with our vendor and are awaiting the results of investigations into the underlying cause. This incident impacts a subset of our features, notably Predictive Insights and some other cloud services.
